As a minister in training, I have to be value oriented, have goal and objectives that will help steer my life in a correct path in relation to God. I have to be realistic with my set objectives. Again, time frames are also important here. I have to know, that, time is an important asset which I have to respect because, only God, the creator, controls the time we have. I have to request God to bless my efforts because Time is His. Actually, my whole being is subjected to God for guidance. The chapter on personal management and Spiritual health help me to clean myself, get my acts together before I can go out to the people. It all starts with me, as an individual.
