Analysis and APPLY the Bible
I have learned how to read, analyse and apply the biblical texts. I must look at the original audience and find the significance of that text with regard to my audience. I must draw the concrete meaning of the text and apply it to my audience. I have learned that, finding the meaning of the text alone is incomplete if I don’t live it.
Observation
In this course the big thing is observation. Observation will make as always to learn and to grow.
Difficult but good
The lesson was hard but very expository

Leadership
This course really helped me .. especially considering the position that i have…. I learned a lot about being a leader
My Review on Authentic leadership
The course was also very well delivered, well organised with very appropriate content. i equally loved the lecturer that anchored the course, very well articulate.
Leadership is not single handed
Pastors or ministers of the Gospel are leaders who should possess leadership qualities, pastors must make leaders and disciples and how pastors need to work hand in hand with other leaders but without distorting the mission of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Course Reviews
My top lessons from the course
The gospel is applied at a world view level. Jesus being the center of all. From then beliefs will change then values and later behaviour w become Christ-like. Contextualisation is key. We need to take the gospel to the in their host Culture.
We take the gospel as a seed, planting into their culture(soil) and allow it to grow and form what Christianity looks like in their culture.
When we don’t Contextualise then God will be forever far. This will need time finding ways to connect but the only way for them to to truly own the truth.
We need to be sure whether we are reading the Bible with fresh eyes, NOT western concept and see what it’s really saying Christianity should look like..
We should focus on the entire person just like Jesus. Keeping people alive longer enough gives them chance to hear gospel though the life challenges such as slums, sickness and terrorism.
Wherever the church is, it should be seen as a place of blessing…
Genuine discipleship is person to person demonstrating God’s grace with them.
Each generation of the church has it’s own opportunities and challenges. We are not responsible for past generations but we are responsible for those alive today. However we need to build well for the coming generations. It’s up to us!
As we reach cultures, we should always remember NOT WRONG, JUST DIFFERENT!!!!
Am too blessed
Thank you Kay Dohle
Thank you Axx
Appreciation to Kay Dohle

Mission is important
