My Testimony
One of the things I really valued about
AXX Bible College was the flexibility. I am working as Bus Driver in Sydney. And doing split hours work which I can open my ttablet and study.
It was great for me because it allowed for me to fit my study around my ministry commitments, and allowed me to put my learning into immediate application.”
“I live in Sydney suburb Lakemba, people’s from many background world view is very different, and AXX Bible College Study Material Engaging the Scriptures prepared me really well for that.
I study the lectures from Matt who deliver the study of Bible very well : word study, up to application, prepared me well to be doing church Ministry to become Youth Pastor right here in Lakemba Baptist Church, Sydney, and helped me in my study just like a missionary training as i apply in my ministry together with my wife and my children. Home – Church – Work (school for my children)
God grace and blessing abundantly provide us with His Wisdom and Knowledge.
Thank you AXX Bible College.
Kind regards,
Lamhot
CONTEXT IS IS BETTER THAN JUST TEXT
I personally think that the consistent emphasis on embracing the broader context of Biblical passages is particularly helpful in this unit. This is very helpful especially in Africa where most of the time, text overwrites context in sermons and even bible studies. Great unit for a good solid foundation in Scriptural studies and interpretation approaches.
Introduction to Theology part Personal Review
I am very happy having learnt how to
1. Clarify biblical topics within coherent thematic frameworks,
2. Highly appreciate methods of studying theology,
3 And also the understanding of revelation a& interpretation of scriptures
Thus, am excited to proceed to the next study topic as these skill are helpful in learning more about our God, and how to live for Christ Jesus, My Lord and Savior. Amen

What I learned from this course
I recognized the basic or fundamental truth God (Jesus Christ). Many confusing things about Jesus were made straight to me in this course. Thanks to AXX bible college for this great opportunity
Review/Testimony
Jesus Christ is fully divine and fully human, the Son of God and the Son of Man. He lived a sinless and perfect life demonstrating His divine nature, and providing a perfect sacrifice for humanity’s sins. Jesus showed remarkable love, compassion, and empathy towards others, especially the marginalized and oppressed. Through His death on the cross, Jesus provided redemption and salvation for humanity, reconciling us to God and forgiving our sins. His sacrifice was was a substitutionary atonement for our sins, satisfying God’s justice and demonstrating His love. Jesus resurrection from the dead demonstrated His power over sin and death, providing Victory for believers and assurance of eternal life. My testimony in this lesson is that , Through faith in Christ, I have a personal relationship with God, experiencing His love, guidance, and comfort. I have received forgiveness for my sins and freedom from the power of sins, living a life transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Christ work in my life gives me hope and purpose, directing me to live for Him and serve others. May God bless Axx Bible college am really empowered for the work of the ministry.
Person & Work of Christ - Part 2
As in Part 1, I don’t agree with everything said, although Part 2 made a lot more sense to me.
Theology is not easy to understand and it is important to see it from the viewpoint of the believer in front of you. Although Jesus can’t be more than one, He is Jesus, Son of the living God, it is the interpretation.
I am of strong opinion that there is only one God, one Son, and one Holy Spirit, the Trinity. there is no other god. That is why I don’t agree with every thing said, more especially the way it is brought forward. To someone who have little to no background of theology, they might get the idee that they may create their own image of Jesus and that it is acceptable, Where in fact according to scripture, it is not.
Thank you for a very interesting lecture. I appreciate it.

Jesus. Kingdom. Gospel: Part 1
Jesus’ Kingdom” refers to the reign or rule of God, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus. It’s a central theme in the Gospels, often described as a present reality and a future hope, characterized by righteousness, peace, and joy. Jesus’ teachings about the kingdom emphasize its transformative power, both individually and collectively, and its implications for how believers live in the world.
God’s Reign:
The kingdom of God is fundamentally about God’s sovereign rule and authority. It’s not a physical territory, but a spiritual reality where God’s will is done.
Present and Future:
Jesus proclaimed that the kingdom of God had already come in his ministry, yet it also has a future consummation. His parables often illustrate this dual aspect.
Transformation:
Entering the kingdom of God requires a radical change of heart and life, turning away from sin and embracing God’s values. This transformation is both an individual experience and a societal impact.
Emphasis on Love and Justice:
The kingdom of God is characterized by love, compassion, and justice, challenging believers to live out these values in their relationships and actions.
Community:
The kingdom is not just an individual experience but also a community of believers who support and encourage one another in their faith.
Contrasting with Earthly Kingdoms:
Jesus’ kingdom contrasts with earthly kingdoms built on power, domination, and self-interest, highlighting the values of humility, service, and self-sacrifice.
In essence, the kingdom of God, as taught by Jesus, is a call to align one’s life with God’s will, experiencing transformation in the present and anticipating its full manifestation in the future, marked by love, justice, and peace.

Thank you Holy Spirit
I am glad that I have completed the course “Ministry In the Spirit”. I love this course very much “cos work of the Holy Spirit is more than what you think of; it’s only with the practical knowledge and experience that we understand how the Holy spirit works in us and through us with His presence in our daily walk with God. Intellectual knowledge is insufficient to understand the depth & breadth of God’s Kingdom and it’s purpose. We need to apply biblical principles with the help & guidance of the Holy Spirit inviting Him to live in us throughout our lives and praying for His guidance in our daily walk with God. We will not be able to win souls to the kingdom unless we do everything in the spirit. When you really know the effective way of winning souls to God’s kingdom with all the challenges we face in this world you will experience the sense of joy in your spirit.

Value of evangelism and discipleship
Well presented course with different speakers which represents each one’s way of understanding the gospel
What impressed me the most was Tina Waldrom quote
“we must share the gospel with one ear to the receiver and one ear to heaven” this sums up how effective evangelism should be done
Today this thought keeps me focused on how I should reach others
