What is a message
Preaching to me is much more than standing before a congregation and saying what you know or want to day. God knows all our needs, hence the need to tap from Him in order to effectively address all the needs. The main intention is not to destroy anyone irrespective of who they are or what they do but rather to help them become better in the eyes of God. The how part of preaching comes in as it re-build or make the situation worse .

Course Reviews
Excellent
Great course, I have learnt a lot, its important to prepare before going for missions.
Harvest is ready and needs workers
I am seeing mission for the first time from an entirely different perspective based on what I’m learning from this Session, Crossing Cultures.
I never knew there are that many unreached people, I didn’t think there is so much need of missionaries in this modern world and for that matter, I as a person, an African need to get involved in missions, I’m wrong. I have seen that there are unreached people right within my town?
Now, Kay had put me on edge and my mind is being tunned to get involved in cross culture activities for the message to reach the unreached.
I have learnt one key principle: “it is not wrong but different”. This shall stay with me for the rest of my Christian life, I will not judge anyone based on their culture or way of life and tolerance and love as God loved will be my guide.
Thank you again.
