RELYING ON THE HOLY SPIRIT
On TALKING TO NON-CHRISTIANS Tina Waldron session made me to refocus myself more on depending on the Holy Spirit. 2 Cor. 5:17-19. This Holy Spirit will flow through the believer’s life to the non-believers. The holy spirit puts the believer living a life of evangelism an not a life of evangelistic events. As Steve Jarlette also pointed out in this session, I want to have more love for the lord and His work. The god will give me more open doors as I break off my fears and difficulties to share God’s love more and more.
Ministry in the spirit
I beautifully acknowledge speaking in tongues as initial sign of baptism in the holy spirit.

Deeper understanding
John 17
My journey through the Theology of God, of Humanity and of the Holy Sprit has been wonderful and amazing. It’s been refreshiing, strenghtening the foundations that were already there, stiring me on particularly in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. (See my Review on the Ministry of the Spirit.)
The passage in John 17 clearly shows the God Head at work. Even though Christ was here on earth and the Holy Spirit was in Christ empowering Christ through out His earthly Ministry. We see here in this passage, the Intercessoty Prayer of Christ, how close the relationship between the Father and the Son is. Jesus knew that His time here on earth was coming to an end. (V21-23) So he was praying for those that were given to Hin by the Father and for all those who would hear and and believe their message, that they be one (Church-Bride) just as we are one (God the Father and God the Son). I in Thee and Thou in Me and they in us.
I find this amazing that God, who is 3 in 1. Perfect in Unity, Perfect in Love, Perfect in Relationship wanted to share that with Humanity created in there image. Despite the fall of humanity, God’s Love, Grace and Mercy is so strong that God the Son was willing to take on human form to pay the penalty for our sins, Redeeming humanity. God Still wanted have a relationship with the created. I find this a beautiful thing where Christ has gone back to Glory with a Glorified Body. He is now waiting for the day when the Church (Bride) will be presented to Christ (The Bridegroom) and the relationship will be consumated at the greatest Wedding to take place in Glory. Forever she will be the Lord.
THE ULTIMATE LOVE STORY.
THEOLOGY: the Study of God, Humanity, & Ministry in the Spirit
Completed! So thankful for the thorough look at Christian Theology in such a manageable way. I’ve learned about God’s ID, & how this affects spirituality & behaviour, about the Trinity & how to present the ‘one God, 3 persons’ concept well. I’ve expanded my insights on the foundational concepts of relationship with God, image of God, sin, salvation, forgiveness & human relationships, yes, both within & beyond the church… plus I’ve gained wisdom about the practical outworking of ministering to people in the power of the Holy Spirit. For this, I am sincerely thankful.
