It was a very enjoyable topic and well structure.
I found this topic to be very refreshing, the argument of women in ministry hasn’t started today and surely won’t stop today as well. However, we that understands the important of such issues will go on talking about it when ever the opportunity is presented. It was a very enjoyable topic and well structure.

Minister's personal development 1
In this course I’ve learnt the concept of stress and burnout. And that stress is the subset of burnout. I’ve also learnt on the things I must do to solve the issues of stress and factors that can trigger burnout for a minister. This has not only benefited me in ministry only but also on my work life as I didn’t have much knowledge on the chemistry behind stress and the things that may be endangering if not properly handled. I’ve learnt measure to take and the risk factors that trigger burnout and to say the truth I have been a victim of stress and have had a tough time winning souls as I forgot the mental aspect of my human body. Am changed, transformed and impacted with the knowledge and I believe the ministry will prosper and I will personally knows how to do the work of God while taking good care of myself to sustain in ministry life
My review
This course has taught me how to deal with stress and burnout. I now know some of the causes of stress and burnout especially in ministry circles. Church governance
I am really grateful for the teaching giving me insight on how to establish a church.
I believe starting a church is easy but running it is difficult. What makes the running of churches difficult is in most cases a lack of understanding of corporate governance principles and practices by those in charge of running the church.
I am really being equipped through this course on church governance. What I used to fear because I lacked the knowledge I no longer fear because I now have the right information.
Thank you Axx.
