All through this course my knowledge of the Person of the Holy Spirit has grown exponentially. Having initially joined the (Evangelical) Anglican Church in Sydney I now understand how little time and consideration of the work of the Holy Spirit we were taught. Everything was Jesus, and whilst I know that is correct, I now have a better understanding of the role and work of the Holy Spirit is his relationship within the Trinity.

Reflecting on feelings of guilt and shame,

11/03/2024

Feelings of guilt and shame are complex emotions that can significantly impact one’s mental and emotional well-being. Guilt often arises when we believe we have done something wrong, while shame is a deeper feeling of inadequacy or unworthiness. Both emotions can lead to self-criticism and self-blame, but they also offer opportunities for growth and self-improvement. By acknowledging and addressing these feelings, individuals can work towards self-forgiveness and healing

I would like to express my gratitude to Axx Bible College for their invaluable support and guidance. Their teachings have provided me with the tools to navigate these challenging emotions and find solace in my faith. The courses offered at Axx Bible College have been instrumental in my personal and spiritual growth, helping me to better understand and cope with feelings of guilt and shame. Thank you, Axx Bible College, for your dedication to fostering resilience and personal development in your students

Very great study at the level of Master in this course. It is challenging though , especially where one has to reason and also reflect on his personal life and ministry. I find it very good at intellectual development and practical application of what we have learnt.

The challenge I got once you have clicked enter, your work is gone and there is no room for reviewing or editing it. Like there was one reflection which was incomplete and by mistake I clicked on enter and it went ,I could not get it back . I wish this could be revised to allow the trainees edit their work .Thanks

Essential knowledge to guide the churches

11/05/2024

Essential knowledge to guide the churches according to Biblical values meeting morale, ethetical, and legal compliances. I was an Architect and recently studied Pastoral Theology and aware of two main areas in running churches. The Biblical and Organisational skills are both equally important for sustainable growth of the mission and vision.

In reality many churches is lack of systematic quality concept let alone implementation. I’ve been a management system consultant after the Lord has lead me to study MBA major in Quality Management System ISO 9001 series. I was also a Lead Auditor and Facilitator for a few Local Governments Organisations. We do have another version of Australia Business Excellence Frame design for organisation. A few years back the Baptist Union of NSW was awarded with Gold level recognition in Australia.

I would love to see the quality Framework approach in our churches but a great resistance from the pastors is uniform through many churches.

To cut it short, I am encouraged by your presentations and will share with my current church leaders and members for their consideration. If this package is made available for the Baptist Unions through out the States and Territories and coordinate the deliveries to local churches it would bring benefit to many churches. Thanks again and God bless your mission.

It provided a strong foundation in theological concepts and frameworks that are essential for anyone involved in ministry work. The course covered a wide range of topics, from biblical interpretation to contemporary issues in theology, and encouraged deep, critical engagement with the material.

The course also emphasized the importance of personal spiritual growth and reflection, as well as the application of theological principles to real-world ministry contexts. The discussions and assignments encouraged me to think deeply about my own beliefs and how they inform my approach to ministry.

Overall, I found the Theological Reflections for Ministry course to be invaluable in deepening my understanding of theology and its implications for ministry practice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen their theological foundation and enhance their ministry skills.

Week by week revealing of the Holy Spirit

11/28/2024

INTELLECTUALLY DEVELOPING

10/13/2024

Very great study at the level of Master in this course. It is challenging though , especially where one has to reason and also reflect on his personal life and ministry. I find it very good at intellectual development and practical application of what we have learnt.

The challenge I got once you have clicked enter, your work is gone and there is no room for reviewing or editing it. Like there was one reflection which was incomplete and by mistake I clicked on enter and it went ,I could not get it back . I wish this could be revised to allow the trainees edit their work .Thanks
