The Certification of Personal and Teams Leadership course qualification is for leaders who are serving or who are preparing to serve in a local church, ministry organisation or in a corporate role.

You neither pursue your own concerns nor those of the other party, leaving the conflict unresolved. Accommodating: Unassertive and cooperative. You pursue your goals at the expense of the other party’s interests. Collaborating: Assertive and cooperative. An effort is made to find a solution that satisfies both parties’ goals.
