Review for "God's call your response"
It is a pleasure to write a review about the lessons that I have learned through precious men of God. In this module “God’s call your response” I have got a lot more clarity about God’s call, and how people respond to the call. In particular, I learned that WE HAVE BEEN CALLED IN VARIOUS WAYS IN VARIOUS TIMES. AND WE WERE RESPONDED BOTH IN ACTION AND IN CONVICTION. While Dr. Brendan Roach teaches about the ministry zone, he extracts the principle from the parable, making it so simple and practical that it gives us a new understanding. though I know a few things about hearing the voice of God, Kay Dohle explains it in an exceptional way and made me listen to lessons interestingly. Overall I enjoyed every lesson, and I am very much blessed. Thank you so much.

Enlighten
This section has given me much light, on practical leadership. Am so grateful
From Leadership comes direction
One can be a pastor or an elder but he might not be a leader.
A leader brings direction and they are strong in their leadership. If you have to be a leader, you have to learn. Leadership has principles. And if its principle is violated or abused, problem will arise in the Church. When we talk about leadership, there are three essential leadership qualities we all must have.
A leader must carry:
-Responsibility
-Authority
-Accountability.
If you live out these qualities, it is going to create a weakness in your leadership or weakness in the Church.
The leader is responsible for whatever happens in the Church.
-Many Churches never grow simply because the leader does not have authority to actually lead the church forward. So we need to have authority to make decisions, choices to move the Church forward. We should not delegate that to someone else, it shoild be the leader that should have that authority.
-As a leader, you are accountable for everything. Accountable when things go right and wrong. You are accountable when it is time to celebrate because God has done some good things but if things are not going so well you are accountable, we have to look at where are we going next?
-As a leader, what are you going to be doing?
-What changes needed to be made for the Church to progress forward?
*How do you govern your Church?
-Is it Autocracy,or Beaucracy or Democracy or Theocracy?
We must know that God is in Charge and he is the Leader of our Churches. Let’s allow the Leasder to lead us (That is Theocracy).
-“When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice..” (Proverbs 29:2).
Leadership
This has changed my personality and understanding who am in ministry

More light about Trinity
This course has further open my eyes to the deep questions about Trinity doctrine which has been confusing me before now
Have always faith in the lord Jesus for fulfilment of your calling.
It is really amasing blessing for the word of the lord Jesus
Theology of God
Sometimes things we look at them lightly yet they have a great analysis. I have learnt a lot on these topics. I liked the comparism of trinity in Old Testament and New Testament. interesting topic when getting into details on the trinity of God and how three works together. This show how God is a God of order so as the church should be. the works of Christ and the Holy Spirit, that was really an eye-opening topic for me, because sometime we read the scripture and want to interpret it on our own forgetting the author and helper in order to interpret it according to the need of the church while still in the rightful assignment of God.
Thank you so much Ministry Axx Global.

Beynd expectaion
This unit was a real blessing, I have learnt so much that it is difficuilt to explain. One thing I know, applying this knowledge, will make me a better preacher.
Sermon Design and Delivery
The unit has taught me that designing and delivering a sermon properly are essential for successful preaching. In designing, we need to consider the exegesis (understanding the text) and hermeneutics (understanding the world). Exegesis helps with avoiding selecting one verse and preaching it of context as it understands the meaning, form, culture and why the author referred to some examples as fitting the Biblical meta-narrative story. Preparation of a sermon is so important since it leads to better content and eliminating anxiety when presenting it. It is also important to handle difficult topics through humor and giving positive examples among others. In preaching it is important to do evaluation by allowing specific people to critique and also listening to self through watching your personal sermon. We should avoid post-delivery syndrome that tends to make us be negative like we did not deliver the message well. Instead we should understand that God has the responsibility of changing people and transforming them.
Creative Presentation
I have learnt so many things which has improved my theology about sermon delivery, I learnt how to use creative element with my teaching so people can understand more better of what I’m preaching. And that it shouldn’t be too many probes or object so I don’t get people confused.

My journey with Axx
My journey through the courses with Axx was awsome, informative and I learnt o, so much. I am a Christian for over firty years but could till learn a whole lot of what the Bible actually requires from us as human beings, the creation of the loving God. I am now even more eager to commence my mission as a called peron and trust that I can always revert to Axx in times of need. Amen to the course designer, it is brilliant.
Certification of Pastoral Ministry
This is a rich course that touches on areas of importance to pastors and church leaders. Coming from a developing country, Kenya where accessing such trainings requires high school fees in the colleges and universities that many cannot afford this a great opportunity to equip church leaders for ministry. All the units learnt are special in giving deep insights in fulfilling my call in ministry. The first unit by Matt about understanding the story of the Bible and how various puzzles fit together in overall understanding of the Bible from the Creation era to End time Era in revelation was so enriching and deepened my understanding. It taught me to learn how God orchestrates things in the background like the exiled Israelites helped to extend the evangelism agenda of God. Cultural missions helped in applying principles of reaching out to the unreached such as in Middle East among others such as proper planning, learning language and understanding cultures with a view of the Gospel being preached. The unit on church growth also helped me understand principles such as equipping leaders, expanding physical structures and building kingdom-centered churches among others. In ministering, it is also important to check on personal health and wholeness for effective ministry.
Amazing
Absolutely love this
